Safety Recall - Toyota FJ Seatbelt Assembly Failure

 Toyota FJ Cruiser seat belt failure (Source: NHTSA): 

• Apx 200,000 FJ Cruisers affected ( MY2007- MY2013 )
• Seat belt retractor assembly for front passengers is mounted to the rear door 
• If rear doors are forcefully closed over time the assembly can develop hair line cracks leading to assembly detaching and failing under load
